  St. Matthew’s is such a welcoming church. They have several weekend services available to fit anyone’s schedule. There are also several activities for people who would like more than church services. There is always something going on in the church and everyone is welcome. My daughters love participating in the youth group activities on Sunday nights. They have made positive friendships and have wonderful adults they can always turn to. It is comforting to know my daughters have a safe place to go and I know they will have a good time.

  It's a small church where all are welcome. Lectures relate to real life. They combine fun and friendships with worship.

  Last year my fiancé and I were searching for a church where we could start our foundations for our future family , and boy did we find it at St Matthews ! Both coming from different religious backgrounds we found what we were both looking for in a church here . From the relatable church service and sermons from Fr Rob to all the extra activities they do for the community you can help but feel wholeheartedly good about going to St Matthews ! We have recommended the church to our friends knowing that this church is filled with no judgement and only good people doing great things ! Every Sunday is a good Sunday after leaving a service at St Matthews and my fiancé and I are proud to say we go to this church!

  Today is my son's 8th birthday and our family moved to Sterling shortly after his birth. My son and I started attending while my husband was deployed. I felt welcomed and supported from the moment I walked through the doors. Now with 3 kids and husband safely home, we still call St Matts our family. It's a blessing when our kids wake up on Sunday morning and WANT to go to church. Faith Factory (Sunday school) keeps them engaged & teaches them about the Bible while having fun. My husband and I love Father Rob's sermons!!!! They are powerful and relate to everyday life. His sermons trigger reflection and provoke great conversation for our family. I encourage you to walk through the doors and feel the warmth that surrounds the family of St. Matthews.
